1. Delivery Fees

• We offer Free delivery if the location is within a 20KM Radius
• All other orders will have a flat rate of R100 for Delivery:

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Outlying Areas: Up to 7 business days
• Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes). We will notify you of any changes 

3. Delivery Process

• You or an authorized representative must be available to receive the delivery.
• A signature is required upon receipt.
• If no one is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery. A second failed attempt may incur additional fees.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Goods must be inspected before signing the delivery note.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
• If goods are damaged or incorrect, report the issue within 48 hours for resolution.

6. Delivery Restrictions

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Delivery is only available within South Africa.
